• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Architect and approximately 10 years total experience in IT
• Experience with logistics, Supply Chain, or retail projects and understanding of goods flow through systems
• Designed end-to-end system ecosystems, not just individual applications
• Ability to estimate technology implementation time and cost and identify and manage architectural risks
• Experience working in large, distributed organizations such as international corporations or capital groups
• Skilled in coordinating collaboration with multiple suppliers and teams simultaneously
• Strong mediation skills to translate business needs into system language and propose cost-optimized alternatives
• Proficient in English (C1 level) due to daily cooperation with group headquarters

• Knowledge of digital platforms, e-commerce, and real-time integrations
• Experience defining test scenarios and KPIs for systems and processes
• Mentoring attitude and willingness to share knowledge and build architectural standards across the organization

• Design new systems and develop existing ones according to security, performance, and enterprise strategy requirements
• Identify hardware, infrastructure, and software environment requirements and select appropriate technologies, products, and tools
• Estimate solution costs, including technology budget and implementation time, and manage technological risks
• Mediate between business and IT to develop solutions maximizing business profit with minimal technological cost
• Prepare implementation strategies and decompose scope, test scenarios, and defects among involved systems, teams, and suppliers
• Create test scenarios, support solution testing, and define and monitor system and process KPIs
• Actively participate in project groups and internal projects
• Develop and document existing and new design patterns and business processes to optimize technical debt
• Collaborate with the group headquarters on project and system development and ensure knowledge flow between business units
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and IT/business solution providers
• Share knowledge and enhance team competencies within the architectural practice
