Wymagania
- Fluent German language skills at C1 level
- Good English language skills at minimum B2 level
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and by phone
- Good computer and office systems proficiency
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
- High empathy and engagement in customer interactions
- Willingness to work in a shift system, 5 days a week

- Experience in customer service
Obowiązki
- Handle customer inquiries in German and English via phone and email
- Provide information on reservations, availability, and service policies
- Support customers in resolving issues related to stay organization
- Maintain positive user experience through professional and empathetic approach
- Achieve team quality and quantity targets
- Participate actively in training and onboarding to gain full independence
- Collaborate with team and supervisors to improve customer service processes
