Engineering Manager

Sportradar is an international company with engineering offices in Europe, Asia, and the US. The role focuses on leading the Scout Admin team responsible for key parts of the engineering organization.

• Lead a team of software engineers and manage other managers.
• Collaborate with product managers, leaders, and engineers to develop products.
• Dedicate time to hands-on design and development.
• Coach engineers for professional and personal growth by providing frequent feedback.
• Prepare short- and mid-term plans contributing to strategic goals.
• Ensure team efficiency, enforce technical excellence, manage technical debt, and adjust processes for continuous improvement.
• Strategically plan long-term career development for team members.
• Communicate across cross-functional teams such as Product, Analytics, DevOps, Security, and Design.
• Lead prioritization efforts and provide mentorship.
