Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer

Xopero Software has over 17 years of experience helping companies protect their data with Backup & Disaster Recovery solutions such as Xopero ONE, Xopero Unified Protection, and GitProtect, used worldwide including by clients like T-Mobile, Avis, and Quest Diagnostics. The team focuses on cloud infrastructure, automation, and maintaining production environment stability and security for global customers.

• Minimum 3 years experience as a DevOps Engineer, SysOps Engineer, or Platform Engineer.
• Practical experience administering Kubernetes clusters, including troubleshooting and network issues.
• Proficient with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
• Experience with monitoring solutions based on Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
• Proficient in administering Linux systems.
• English language skills at least at B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD).
• Knowledge of Ansible.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience in SaaS or high-availability product environments.
• Interest in infrastructure automation, GitOps, and cloud-native technologies.

• Implement, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters in production and staging environments.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Maintain and optimize Docker-based environments.
• Develop and maintain monitoring for production environments using Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki, including dashboards and alerts.
• Collaborate with development teams to onboard new services into production environments.
• Ensure security, availability, and high reliability of infrastructure.
• Automate deployment processes and develop Infrastructure as Code and GitOps solutions.
