• Minimum 3 years experience as an Analyst in IT projects
• Skilled in business requirements documentation and process modeling using UML and BPMN
• Ability to define product backlog
• Strong analytical skills and independence
• Process-oriented thinking and understanding of complex service processes
• Understanding of IT system architecture including data governance and application integration methods
• High communication skills enabling dialogue with both business and IT stakeholders

• Analyze business needs and document and optimize business processes from a technical implementation perspective
• Define requirements and acceptance criteria for various IT systems
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to create the product backlog
• Analyze data and user feedback to continuously improve the product and related business processes
• Participate in the full project lifecycle from business needs definition through testing and launch as part of an interdisciplinary team (Tribe, Squad)
• Collaborate with external suppliers

Work mode is hybrid.
