Senior Project Manager/ Product Owner

Moondigo Sp. z o.o. is recruiting for a strategic transformation program for a global financial sector organization. The role involves coordinating the development of a platform used by banking institutions and collaborating with technology partners.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role.
• Experience managing IT projects with an integrational or transformational character.
• Required experience in the banking or financial sector.
• Technical understanding of software development processes and API-based system architectures.
• Ability to collaborate with architects and developers and conduct technical discussions.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Experience in scheduling, scope management, and project budget management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management practices.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2).

Nice to have:

• Experience with API platforms or system integrations projects.
• Experience managing RFP/RFQ processes and collaboration with technology vendors.
• Certifications such as Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2, or PSPO.
• Knowledge of microservices environments and cloud architecture.

• Managing several parallel technological initiatives within the transformation program.
• Planning roadmaps, priorities, and project phases.
• Coordinating cooperation with external technology partners and supervising solution quality.
• Collaborating with architects, development teams, and business representatives.
• Defining business and technical requirements and ensuring their proper implementation.
• Managing the backlog and task prioritization.
• Participating in technology supplier selection processes.
• Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and proposing improvement actions.
• Ensuring effective communication among all project participants.
