Tech Lead (.NET + React)

Scalo is hiring a Tech Lead with a focus on .NET and React technologies for remote work with an initial onboarding day in Wrocław. The role involves designing and developing systems supporting key business processes in legal and financial operations, from domain modeling to production deployment.

• Minimum 7 years of commercial software development experience
• At least 2 years as a Tech Lead with experience in technical team leadership
• Practical experience using AI tools like GitHub Copilot and large language models (LLM)
• Excellent command of C#, .NET (version 8+), React.js, and TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET Core Web API, REST API, GIT, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server
• Experience applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles
• Experience building and developing distributed microservices systems
• Familiarity with asynchronous communication patterns and event-driven architecture, including message queuing tools like RabbitMQ, MassTransit, or Wolverine
• Understanding of REST, CRUD operations, OOP, Clean Code, and CI/CD workflows involving GitLab and OpenShift

Nice to have:

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of OpenAPI and software development kits (SDK)

• Designing and developing backend applications using .NET and frontend applications with React.js in complex systems
• Technical leadership of the development team, including decision-making and supporting developers through mentoring and code reviews
• Planning work, task decomposition, and estimations
• Collaboration with Product Owners, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and assess technical risks
• Ensuring technical quality such as architecture consistency, code maintainability, security, performance, and organizational standards compliance
• Optimizing SQL queries and data models
• Working remotely with initial onboarding in Wrocław
