Cloud Support Engineer (Azure)

• Higher education, preferably technical or IT fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience with complex IT, infrastructure, or application environments
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, maintenance, or operation of Azure (preferred) or Google Cloud environments
• Experience in maintenance of IT/cloud environments and automation of operational tasks using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Azure DevOps or similar
• Experience in creating and maintaining Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Practical knowledge of Git and Atlassian tools Jira and Confluence or equivalent solutions
• Experience with Kubernetes and container technologies like Docker
• Communication skills in English

• Participation in projects implemented in public, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments
• Administration and maintenance of cloud and infrastructure-application environments
• Monitoring availability, performance, and security of infrastructure, applications, and cloud services
• Handling tickets, incidents, problems, and changes according to ITIL and operational procedures
• Analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of issues in production and test environments
• Maintenance and development of monitoring, alerting, and service status reporting tools
• Automation of repetitive administrative and operational tasks using DevOps tools
• Development and maintenance of Infrastructure as Code
• Support of CI/CD processes
• Maintenance of applications running in container environments and support for application teams in their operations
• Work location: 1 day per week at the Warsaw office
