Fullstack Engineer (70% Java / 30% React)

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience
• Very good knowledge of Java (main backend work)
• Experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Building and developing component-based applications (React / React Native)
• Knowledge of CSS3, design systems, and design tokens
• Experience with JSON and XML data marshalling
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Testing Library)
• Working according to Test Driven Development (TDD) principles
• Delivering high-quality solutions and maintaining code standards
• Experience working with stakeholders and understanding business needs
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience designing digital products in banking or onboarding domains
• Experience with developer tools (Git, IntelliJ IDEA, VSCode)
• Experience mentoring teams and raising technical standards

• Development of backend services using Java
• Development of UI components using React
• Designing and implementing new functionalities
• Testing and maintaining applications
• Collaboration with business stakeholders and development team
