Business Systems Analyst

Our Partner is one of the leaders in the banking industry in Poland. The project involves implementing SEPA Instant payment transfers processing according to the EU Instant Payments Regulation (IPR).

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business, system, or business-system analyst.
• Experience in corporate mobile banking, preferably with payment processing, authorization, and integration with transaction systems.
• Practical knowledge of Confluence for documentation of requirements, specifications, and project knowledge base.
• Practical knowledge of Jira for backlog management, epic and user story creation, and workflows.
• Knowledge of process modeling tools (e.g., draw.io, Enterprise Architect, Visio, Camunda Modeler).
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with UML.
• Familiarity with BPMN.

• Prepare functional and non-functional requirements specifications based on workshops with project stakeholders.
• Analyze SEPA Instant Payments regulatory requirements and translate them into business requirements.
• Specify changes in the mobile application, including Verification of Payee.
• Map "as-is" and "to-be" processes for instant transfers, including exception paths.
• Create UAT scenarios and verify implementation compliance with regulatory requirements.
