Konsulta IT - Specjalista ds. Copilot (Agent Builder & Copilot Studio)

• Experience working with Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Agent Builder
• Ability to design and build AI agents
• Experience creating and optimizing prompts (Prompt Engineering)
• Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into AI solutions
• Experience testing and optimizing AI-based solutions
• Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance issues
• Ability to collaborate with business and IT teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with system integrations and connectors
• Knowledge of workflows and process automation
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or other AI solutions
• Knowledge of conversational UX and user experience design

• Analysis of business processes and identification of areas for AI-based automation
• Selecting appropriate solutions (Agent Builder or Microsoft Copilot Studio) for specific business scenarios
• Designing AI agents, defining their purpose, role, communication methods, and operational scenarios
• Creating and optimizing prompts and the logic of agent operation
• Building and configuring agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Agent Builder
• Managing knowledge sources used by agents (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, files, websites)
• Extending functionalities through integrations with systems, workflows, connectors, and AI tools
• Testing, optimizing, and improving the quality of agent responses and operations
• Monitoring AI solution usage, analyzing metrics, and implementing improvements
• Ensuring compliance with security, governance, and organizational data and access policies
