Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer

Xopero Software develops Backup & Disaster Recovery solutions including Xopero ONE, Xopero Unified Protection, and GitProtect, securing IT environments, applications, and code repositories globally. Their clients include companies ranging from small businesses to global brands such as T-Mobile, Avis, and Quest Diagnostics.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as DevOps Engineer, SysOps Engineer, or Platform Engineer.
• Practical experience administering Kubernetes clusters, including troubleshooting and network-related issues.
• Proficient in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Experience with monitoring tools based on Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
• Proficient Linux system administration.
• English language skills at minimum B2 level for technical documentation and vendor communication.

Nice to have:

• CKA or CKAD certification.
• Knowledge of Ansible.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience in SaaS or product environments with high availability requirements.
• Interest in infrastructure automation, GitOps, and modern cloud-native solutions.

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters in production and staging environments.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Maintain and optimize Docker-based environments.
• Develop production environment monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki, including dashboards and alerts.
• Collaborate with development teams to onboard new services into production environments.
• Ensure infrastructure security, availability, and high reliability.
• Automate deployment processes and develop Infrastructure as Code and GitOps solutions.
