Senior Mendix Developer

The IT department of the client company consists of more than 150 specialists developing innovative solutions in a collaborative environment focused on quality and continuous improvement. The client is an international company in the logistics industry delivering modern IT solutions supporting key business processes across multiple European countries.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in IT, including a minimum of 2–3 years of commercial experience with the Mendix platform.
• Strong knowledge of Mendix Studio Pro and Mendix Cloud services.
• Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
• Understanding of microservices architecture and basic UI/UX design principles.
• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Good command of both Polish and English, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Mendix Advanced or Mendix Expert certification.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the Mendix platform.
• Build and optimize domain models, microflows, nanoflows, and user interfaces.
• Integrate applications with external systems, databases, and APIs (REST, SOAP, OData).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application security.
• Design workflows and develop solutions that streamline business processes.
• Develop custom widgets and components to extend the capabilities of the Mendix platform.
• Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, testers, and international stakeholders.
