• Proven experience with a minimum of 10 years in strategic procurement, category management, or sourcing.
• Experience managing MRO, Spare Parts, Industrial Supplies, Engineering, Maintenance, or Technical Procurement in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production environments, maintenance operations, and industrial supply markets.
• Proven skills in supplier negotiations, contract management, and strategic sourcing.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to leverage data, market intelligence, and spend analysis for decision-making.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in procurement systems, ERP platforms, and sourcing tools.
• Fluency in English.

• Develop and implement Global category strategies aligning with procurement goals.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze market trends, and assess supplier performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts and terms.
• Lead sourcing and procurement for assigned categories including supplier selection.
• Monitor and analyze category costs and implement cost reduction strategies.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and product development to align procurement strategies.
• Identify and mitigate risks such as supply chain disruptions or compliance concerns.
• Establish and track KPIs like cost savings and procurement efficiency.
