Global Integration Analyst - German speaker (f/m/d)

• Ability to understand web languages such as basic HTML, SQL, JavaScript, and ideally PHP
• Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and their use
• Fluent in English and German (C1+ level) language skills

• Strong communication skills and preferably customer service experience

• Act as a clear and concise technical liaison between clients' marketing and technical teams
• Quickly isolate errors in client setups and provide solution feedback
• Handle objections and negotiate to align setups with team targets
• Contribute to monthly integration team targets with incentives for over-performance
• Review team members' work for technical sign-off
• Report and escalate technical platform issues and bugs
• Maintain and administer an internal and external knowledge base
• Provide high-level training to internal colleagues
• Test new developments and features
