Wymagania
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, or related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments with proactivity.
- Experience managing employee onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple requests.
- Proficiency administering SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Asana, and Zoom.
- Good understanding of IT security best practices including device compliance, patching, and access management.
- Experience managing laptops and mobile devices lifecycle.
- Understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions like Jamf or Microsoft Intune.
Obowiązki
IT Operations:
- Manage SBC's IT environment day-to-day.
- Provision, configure, and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and hardware.
- Manage employee onboarding, role changes, and offboarding with the People Team.
- Maintain hardware asset register and device inventory.
- Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform.
- Coordinate hardware refreshes, repairs, and returns.
- Maintain office networking infrastructure including WiFi and switches.
- Troubleshoot office printers, scanners, and multifunction devices.
SaaS & Systems Administration:
- Administer Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and other business applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Support single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Maintain software licensing records and assist renewals.
- Support adoption and effective use of company systems.
- Create and maintain user guides and knowledge base articles.
IT Support:
- Act as primary contact for internal IT support requests.
- Monitor ticket queues and resolve issues within service expectations.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues.
- Escalate issues to external vendors as needed.
- Track service levels and identify recurring issues.
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery processes.
Information Security Administration:
- Support implementation of information security policies.
- Ensure devices are patched, protected, and compliant.
- Assist with access reviews and user account audits.
- Support security awareness and training.
- Escalate security concerns and incidents.
- Assist with evidence collection for ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus.
Vendor & Service Management:
- Coordinate with external IT and software providers.
- Monitor vendor performance and support issue resolution.
- Assist with software procurement and license management.
- Maintain records of suppliers, contracts, and renewals.
