IT Business Analyst

• Strong experience as an IT Business Analyst delivering technological changes in the banking sector.
• Experience delivering dashboards, Business Intelligence solutions, management information, or other data-driven applications.
• Excellent skills in eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating requirements.
• Good knowledge of data-related concepts including mappings, definitions, dimensions, measures, calculations, lineage, data quality, and reconciliation.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear, prioritized, and testable requirements.
• Experience in creating user stories and acceptance criteria and supporting development and testing.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience working with stakeholders in architecture, data, technology delivery, and business change areas.
• Experience working in Agile teams distributed across multiple locations.
• Independence, ability to constructively challenge assumptions, and manage competing priorities.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of customer profitability, relationship management, transactions, loans, risk, ESG, or portfolio reporting.
• Experience with Qlik Sense, applications based on React or comparable BI and front-end technologies.
• Knowledge of SQL or practical data analysis experience.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery tools.
• Documented experience using AI-supported tools to improve business analysis or delivery, including practical application examples, critical evaluation, and responsible use.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, testers, architects, solution designers, data source teams, and Business Change Management to understand problems, user needs, and expected outcomes.
• Define scope, assumptions, dependencies, risks, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, metric definitions, and dashboard requirements.
• Analyze data sources, calculations, aggregation rules, filters, hierarchies, data quality issues, reconciliation, and agreements.
• Work with architects and solution designers to ensure requirement alignment with platform, integration, and technology approaches.
• Coordinate with data source teams on data availability, ownership, origin, quality, and delivery dependencies.
• Support Business Change Management teams regarding impact analysis, stakeholder readiness, communication, and adoption activities.
• Clarify ambiguous or conflicting expectations and support stakeholders in reaching practical, agreed decisions.
• Support backlog refinement, development work, testing, defect analysis, solution presentations, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure requirements consider usability, security, access rights, performance, and other non-functional needs.
• Maintain consistency and traceability from business goals to delivered solutions.
• Effectively collaborate in geographically distributed teams and support consistent business analysis standards within the BA team.
