Cybersecurity Project Manager (m/f/n)

For one of our Partners, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager (m/f/n) to support a long‑term project delivered for a European Union organization based in Warsaw.

• Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, controls, and risk management (including Defence-in-depth and ‘Zero-trust’ Security Architectures)
• Thorough understanding of IT and its application to business needs
• In-depth knowledge of legal and ethical aspects of cybersecurity
• Proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and compliance (e.g., ISO27001, NIST)
• Advanced project management skills including risk and quality management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Vendor and procurement management experience
• Experience with security policies based on industry standards and best practices
• Broad architectural background with full-lifecycle experience delivering IT Security solutions
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with project methodologies and tools: PM2, PMP, PRINCE, ServiceNow
• Experience managing cybersecurity projects for EU classified environments
• Experience managing resources, budgets, and priorities for cybersecurity programs/projects
• Language: English B2
• Higher education
• At least 10 years of IT relevant experience including 8 years in a similar position

Certificates required (at least 4):

At least 2 among cybersecurity domain:

• CISSP or equivalent
• CISA or equivalent
• CISM or equivalent
• ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Associate or equivalent

At least 2 among Project and IT Service Management domain:

• PM2 Advanced or equivalent
• Prince 2 Practitioner or equivalent
• PMP or equivalent
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent

Each equivalent certification must be recognized internationally by the Contracting Authority.

• Manage the project within its complete lifecycle and scope
• Establish and manage project controls to meet milestones and deliverables on time and within scope
• Assure and control quality of project deliverables
• Identify, track, monitor and communicate project issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies
• Liaise with Project Board and other key stakeholders
• Assign and control tasks, authorize work packages, balance priorities and workloads, and motivate team members
• Plan and control project product delivery processes
• Manage effective internal and external communication
• Produce project management documents such as plans, logs, and schedules
• Prepare and present oral and written technical reports and presentations
• Organize and conduct project meetings

This job requires initiating the process of obtaining a Security Clearance certificate at RESTREINT UE/EU RESTRICTED level.
