Linux / Kubernetes Infrastructure Engineer

Haddad Brands is developing its ERP and infrastructure landscape and seeks an infrastructure engineer. The role includes expanding technical expertise across modern Linux and Kubernetes environments as well as legacy IBM i / AS400 systems.

• Fluent English communication.
• Solid knowledge of Linux system administration including installation, configuration, hardening, patching, monitoring, performance tuning, and resource optimization.
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes environments (K8s and/or K3s).
• Solid understanding of infrastructure security concepts, including working within a "default deny" security model.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (firewalls, ports, routing, DNS, TLS/certificates).
• Basic knowledge of DevOps practices and automation concepts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts (experience with GitLab CI/CD is a plus).
• Strong logical and analytical skills, problem-solving ability, good work organization, and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn IBM i / AS400 basic administration (training provided).
• Familiarity with enterprise environments, ERP systems, Azure / Entra ID, or Kubernetes security concepts is a plus.

• Installation, configuration, hardening, patching, monitoring, and performance tuning of Linux systems.
• Configuration, management, and day-to-day operations of Kubernetes environments (K8s/K3s).
• Implement infrastructure security following a "default deny" security model.
• Manage networking fundamentals including firewalls, ports, routing, DNS, and TLS/certificates.
• Collaborate on complex system and cluster design and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and handle operational challenges in production environments.
