Their applications are used by over 140,000 companies across more than 170 countries, including clients such as Shell, Facebook, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Offices are located in Wrocław and Jelenia Góra.

• Maintain relationships with company clients in English and Polish via phone and email, working in a two-shift system.
• Resolve issues related to purchase and renewal of subscriptions for CodeTwo products.
• Provide pre-sale and post-sale email and phone support to clients and partners.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to client panel access and subscription management with support from experienced team members.
