Project Manager

At Idego, you'll join a ~100-person team of experienced problem solvers building real products across Cloud, Data & AI, and Software Development. • 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects
• Proven track record of gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements
• Solid working knowledge of Scrum
• Experience managing projects with frequent shifts in priorities and pivots
• Proficiency with Project Management tools, particularly hands-on Jira administration
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets and metrics
• English proficiency at C1+ level for international projects
• Daily, hands-on AI usage as part of work operations is required
• Openness to occasional business travel a few times per year (Germany or Portugal)

• Experience in startups

• Manage client-facing projects end-to-end: planning, delivery, and alignment with scope, budget, and expectations
• Own 1–3 smaller products within a larger project, focusing on prototyping and iterative delivery
• Coordinate internal teams and client-side stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships and representing the delivery team
• Work 1:1 with team members to support growth and build strong relationships
• Identify risks and issues early, lead mitigation efforts, and manage change requests
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating data into actionable business needs
• Work across multiple parallel workstreams
• Support estimation and scope clarification during presales and throughout delivery
• Track progress in Jira, maintain documentation, and report regularly to stakeholders
• Apply AI solutions in daily work, with hands-on experience using AI tools to work faster or smarter
• Spot upselling opportunities and other ways to grow the client relationship
