AI Agents & Intelligent Automation Product Lead

Our client is an established technology company delivering innovative solutions for mobile applications, seamless payments, business travel, and digital advertising since 1992. The company is developing a next-generation mobility platform to help transport operators manage vehicles and drivers, provide regulators with real-time insights, support sustainable mobility solutions, and enhance rider transit experience.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products with measurable business impact.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, modern product architecture, and cloud-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, prompt engineering, or similar solutions such as Claude, Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into product strategies and technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to prioritize initiatives by business value.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-changing environments.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Nice to have:

• Experience with agentic workflows and AI evaluation methodologies.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI integrations and automation platforms.
• Familiarity with SQL, modern data platforms, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), or multi-agent architectures.
• Previous experience in mobility, marketplaces, consulting, strategy, or complex business environments.

• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to identify business challenges and AI opportunities.
• Own the product lifecycle for AI agents and intelligent automation solutions from discovery through delivery and optimization.
• Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for AI-driven initiatives.
• Design end-to-end AI solutions including agent architecture, prompt strategies, workflow automation, integrations, monitoring, and performance measurement.
• Build and prototype AI-powered solutions with engineering teams using modern agent frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI product initiatives and technical specifications.
• Drive implementation of intelligent systems for automation, analytics, forecasting, anomaly detection, monitoring, and decision support.
• Measure and optimize business impact ensuring improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality AI products in a fast-paced environment.
