Wymagania
- Solid technical background and team player mindset.
- Knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, AWS, Azure, Java, and Linux is an advantage.
- Experience in IT Support, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles is a plus.
- Risk awareness and ability to identify, mitigate, and control issues.
- Experience with ServiceNow (Incident, Problem, Change Records) is an asset.
- Previous exposure to large enterprise environments is beneficial.
Obowiązki
- Provide production support for client onboarding and reporting systems.
- Perform incident analysis and collaborate with the development team to implement solutions.
- Manage Incidents and Problem Records through ServiceNow (Problem Coordinator role).
- Respond to system alerts, perform troubleshooting, and implement corrective actions.
- Support technical and process improvements in close cooperation with internal teams like Support, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Participate in regular weekend releases and maintenance as required.
