Tech Lead Java (Backend) - F/M

Join a backend agile team developing and maintaining insurance systems that support sales and product servicing, used by thousands of customers. The team works in Scrum iterations, focusing on collaboration, knowledge sharing, Code Review, refactoring, and maintaining high code quality.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience programming in Java.
• Experience as Tech Lead or Senior Java Developer with technical team responsibility.
• Experience in projects for financial or insurance sectors is an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Java 17+.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security).
• Knowledge of design patterns and principles of Clean Code and SOLID.
• Experience in designing and implementing REST API.
• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL) and SQL.
• Experience working with Git.
