Senior Project Manager obszaru Data(He/She)

ASTEK Polska is recruiting for a senior project manager experienced in the banking sector, particularly in digital client identity and client service processes. The role involves managing IT and business projects including delivery and maintenance of client service systems and internal process support in a bank environment.

• At least 4 years of project experience in banking, especially in digital client identity and client service processes (remote and branch)
• Experience managing IT, Data, and business projects including building and developing existing solutions with external suppliers
• Ability to deliver project goals within scope, time, and budget
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile)
• Fluent communication with stakeholders and project teams
• Higher education in IT, technical, or management fields

Nice to have:

• Experience in IT projects in the financial sector
• Knowledge of multi-channel client service processes

• Coordinate projects on the bank side cooperating with business and subject matter teams
• Manage project task execution and supervise progress
• Identify and define necessary actions to achieve project goals
• Report project status, manage risks, and escalate when needed
• Maintain project documentation
• Perform additional project management related tasks
• Settle projects including budget and final documentation
