Wymagania
- Experience in business support, service coordination, order management, or IT service operations.
- Understanding of network services, telecommunications, or IT infrastructure environments.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a structured environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional level of English, both written and spoken.
Obowiązki
- Manage WAN service and hardware requests, including quotations, order placement, tracking, communication, and documentation archiving.
- Coordinate the end-to-end order management process with telecommunications providers and internal stakeholders.
- Assess WAN service requirements based on business requests and collected information.
- Maintain and update incidents, requests, and orders in ServiceNow.
- Monitor order progress and proactively follow up on deliveries, installations, and issue resolution.
- Ensure effective communication between vendors, network teams, and business users.
- Maintain accurate network inventory and configuration data within the CMDB.
- Support process improvements and contribute to high-quality service delivery.
