Manager, Product Management

Relativity is a legal data intelligence company that builds AI-powered cloud software, RelativityOne, which transforms massive volumes of complex legal information into actionable insights for litigation, investigations, regulatory inquiries, and other legal matters. Their customers include leading law firms, corporations, and government agencies. The role is within the Matter Administration team focusing on Matter Lifecycle Management.

• Passion for AI and its impact on the legal industry.
• Degree in business, computer science, engineering, design, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience launching and leading software products.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including tackling ambiguous challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
• Curiosity to ask questions and challenge assumptions.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify potential issues early.
• Analytical thinker capable of devising creative solutions.
• Comfortable with latest tools and technologies and quick to learn new skills.

• Experience with Agile Methodology, Market Research, Product Launches, Product Management, Product Strategies, Requirements Gathering, Risk Management, Strategic Planning, Team Leadership, User Experience (UX).

• Collaborate across the organization to craft, communicate, and execute solutions across the platform.
• Lead and motivate a team to generate innovative ideas and define problem areas.
• Develop enterprise products that are valuable, usable, and feasible.
• Translate product strategy into clear, actionable user stories for development.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Applied Science to solve user problems.
• Validate hypotheses through mockups, user testing, and experimentation.
• Prioritize tasks based on business and user impact.
• Advocate as the user and business voice throughout software development.
• Analyze usage data and metrics to uncover insights and drive new ideas.
