Senior Project Manager

• 8+ years experience in IT project management
• Understanding of software development life cycle models
• In-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
• Fluent English language skills
• Knowledge of agile methodology is an advantage
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Experience in line management and employee development is an advantage

Nice to have:

• Project management certification (Prince2, PMP)
• Experience working in Financial Services industry
• Knowledge of tools like Jira, TFS, ServiceNow or equivalents
• Knowledge of Agile techniques and artifacts (definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) including Scrum, Kanban, XP
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Operate in enterprise environment, especially Financial Services organizations
• Handle complex delivery with multiple teams and projects
• Support teams by introducing applicable Agile and traditional frameworks
• Guide project teams on IT scope, resource requirements, budget, and deliverables
• Select and adapt project delivery methodology with stakeholders
• Responsible for resource allocation and delivery team coordination
• Identify and manage project interdependencies and stakeholders communication
• Coordinate architectural design and approval for IT components
• Mobilize, lead, and coordinate IT resources including vendor engagement
• Build IT deployment plan with stakeholders and approval committees
• Manage IT budget consumption and elaboration
• Deliver IT scope (functional and non-functional) and manage scope changes
• Manage IT risks, problems, and escalations including mitigation plans
• Communicate and report regularly on IT project status to stakeholders and governance
• Follow up on deliverables to ensure solutions meet objectives and quality standards
