The Repayment UX Engineering team is a European-based, culturally Silicon Valley-rooted full-stack team responsible for building and owning user journeys that facilitate repayment of loans totaling over $40 billion annually. The team operates in an agile environment, delivering new code every two-week sprint to improve financial lives of over 20 million people.
Wymagania
- 4+ years of experience developing and architecting mobile applications, preferably with declarative UI frameworks like React Native.
- Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript or similar languages.
- Experience defining technical plans for significant features or system components with elegant, simple, and extensible design.
- Ability to make significant changes in large codebases safely using developed tools and practices.
- Proactive ownership of personal growth and seeking feedback.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with a global engineering team.

- Own and deliver quarterly goals for the team.
- Lead engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics during the product development lifecycle.
- Identify and advocate for solutions to project, process, technology, or business issues.
- Support operations and availability by creating and monitoring metrics and participating in on-call efforts.
- Foster a culture of quality and ownership by setting or improving code review and design standards.
- Help develop team talent by providing feedback, guidance, and leading by example.

- Competitive base pay range: 308,000 zł - 428,000 zł per year.
