Systems & Security Administrator

It operates across four core pillars: AI Strategy and Advisory, AI Engineering and Automation, Workforce Training and Enablement, and Custom Product Development. The company builds proprietary AI products, copilots, and vertical solutions and combines deep technical execution with practical change management to enable enterprises to deploy secure, compliant, and high-impact AI-driven solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years experience in systems administration, IT operations, cloud administration (GCP, Azure), IT security, and internal IT support.
• Hands-on experience administering cloud environments (GCP and/or Azure).
• Experience in Google Workspace administration at an organizational level.
• Knowledge of security fundamentals: access management (SSO, MFA, RBAC), endpoint protection, and network basics.
• Scripting skills for automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar).
• Ability to monitor security events, respond to incidents, and manage vulnerability scanning and patch cycles.
• Experience maintaining security policies and system documentation.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
• Proficiency with AI tools in daily workflows.

Preferred Requirements:

• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, Google Cloud Associate, Azure Administrator.
• Experience with configuration management or infrastructure-as-code tools (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet).
• Experience managing endpoint management (MDM) and device policies in remote-first teams.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2 compliance, GDPR, and supporting audit evidence collection.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery.
• Experience with security monitoring, alerting, or log management tools.
• Background in regulated environments (healthcare, financial services).
• Ability to manage BYOD policies and device provisioning for international staff.

• Administer cloud environments on GCP and Azure.
• Manage internal tooling, user accounts, access permissions, and device policies.
• Provision laptops and user accounts for new employees.
• Configure cloud firewall rules.
• Enforce security policies and update security procedures and system documentation.
• Monitor security events, respond to incidents, and coordinate remediation.
• Conduct vulnerability scans and manage patching cycles.
• Support SOC 2 audit processes and compliance requirements.
• Manage IT vendor relationships.
• Automate routine tasks using AI tools and scripting.
• Support endpoint management and internal IT support workflows.
