Test Expert- SharePoint Apps

At Optiveum, we connect top IT professionals with exciting tech initiatives. We are the recruitment partner of an established IT Outsourcing organization. The role involves contributing to a major institutional project focused on testing complex SharePoint-based applications.

• Minimum 5 years of overall IT experience, including at least 4 years hands-on as a Tester or Test Expert.
• Proven hands-on experience testing SharePoint-based applications.
• Practical experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans.
• Expert knowledge of unit, integration, functional, performance, stress, acceptance, and regression testing.
• Hands-on experience creating SQL queries.
• Experience setting up test management tools, providing test documentation, and understanding the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Fluent English (B2 level) confirmed by a formal certificate.
• Higher education degree (Bachelor’s or Engineer level), ICT-relevant degree not mandatory.

Certifications Requirements:

• Possession of ISTQB Advanced certification or an equivalent internationally recognized certification
• OR 3 additional years of test management experience beyond the required 4 years.

• Take responsibility for the testing strategy and plan all test activities.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and design the testing environment.
• Implement, execute, and debug application test cases and scripts.
• Analyze functional and technical system design for testability.
• Interpret test results, track defects, and report on progress, status, and trends.
• Validate and document the completion of testing and development.
• Collaborate closely with analysts, architects, software developers, and service desk teams to ensure top-tier quality assurance.
