Guidewire Developer

SNI is serving as a trusted IT Outsourcing partner with projects carried out worldwide for prestigious firms.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with the Guidewire InsuranceSuite platform.
• Proven expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and development, including Gosu programming.
• Strong knowledge of PolicyCenter data model, business rules, workflows, and product model configuration.
• Experience with Guidewire integration patterns (messaging, web services, APIs).
• Understanding of software development best practices, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to analyze requirements, design solutions, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

• Design, develop and implement customizations, enhancements, and integrations in the Guidewire PolicyCenter platform.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Configure PolicyCenter components, including product models, workflows, rules, and data models.
• Develop and maintain integration points using Guidewire APIs, messaging, and external systems.
• Write and execute unit tests to validate functionality, performance, and stability of developed components.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues and defects in PolicyCenter.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and development best practices.
• Support QA and UAT teams during testing phases, including defect analysis and fix implementation.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
• Stay current with Guidewire product updates, new features, and industry best practices.
