The project involves working for an international organization focused on developing modern AI products and data platforms used in the financial sector.

• Minimum 10 years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Experience in developing data-driven and AI-based digital products.
• Practical experience in defining product vision and creating roadmaps.
• Experience in managing complex product backlogs and prioritizing initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional and technical requirements.
• Experience collaborating with diverse business and technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of financial products or experience in financial sector projects.
• Strong analytical skills and business decision-making capability.
• High communication skills and ability to deliver presentations and prepare documentation.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI platforms and Generative AI solutions.
• Knowledge of SaaS environments and multi-tenant platforms.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools supporting product work.
• Familiarity with SQL.
• Experience with GitLab.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Experience leading innovation initiatives and Continuous Improvement.

• Define vision and strategy for AI and Data product development.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Manage product backlog and prioritize functionalities.
• Analyze user needs and translate business requirements into User Stories and functional requirements.
• Work closely with development teams during sprint planning and execution.
• Define functional requirements and collaborate on technical specifications.
• Coordinate the work of multiple teams developing AI products.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and present project progress.
• Monitor business value delivered and recommend further product development directions.
• Identify opportunities to use new AI technologies in product development.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement and innovative solutions.
• Ensure high quality of delivered products and end-user experiences.
