Technical Product Manager (AI & Computer Vision)

Ceramstic is developing a modern technological ecosystem product utilizing Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, mobile, and web applications, aiming to change the way sales are conducted.

• Experience managing technology projects or developing digital products.
• Understanding of AI, Computer Vision, mobile applications, and cloud solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, analysts, and technology partners.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or similar).
• Highly developed organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions and effectively coordinate multiple teams.
• Fluent communication in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience implementing AI or Computer Vision solutions.
• Familiarity with integration of ERP, CRM, or PIM systems.
• Experience in IoT or RetailTech projects.

• Develop and execute the strategy for an intelligent sales support system based on AI, Computer Vision, and mobile and web applications.
• Design solution architecture and coordinate integration of all system components into a cohesive product.
• Define functional and technical requirements for software, applications, and AI systems.
• Coordinate collaboration with technology partners including software houses, AI, Computer Vision, UX/UI companies, and system integrators.
• Manage project schedule, budget, scope, and control milestone delivery.
• Plan and oversee the process of creating and training AI models, including data preparation and quality assessment.
• Design application features for users and analytical systems supporting business decisions.
• Supervise implementation of systems analyzing customer behavior and monitoring product and display usage.
• Coordinate integration with corporate systems (ERP, PIM, CMS, CRM) and devices such as IoT devices, cameras, and touch monitors.
• Organize tests, pilots, and production deployments, and plan further product development.
• Prepare project and technical documentation and report progress and risks to management.
• Collaborate in creating a long-term product development roadmap and identify new business uses for AI.
