DevOps Engineer

The role involves leading platform initiatives that improve reliability, security, and developer productivity. The typical tooling stack includes scripting with Bash, Python, and Go; CI/CD with GitHub Actions; containerization with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm; infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible; cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP; observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and ELK/EFK; security tools such as Trivy, Snyk, and HashiCorp Vault; and collaboration tools like GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.

• 5–7 years of experience in DevOps/SRE/Systems Engineering
• Strong automation and scripting skills
• Deep expertise in at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Advanced Kubernetes knowledge including multi-cluster, scaling, and upgrades
• Experience designing resilient, scalable, and secure systems
• In-depth knowledge of observability/monitoring and incident management
• Proficiency in security hardening and compliance-minded engineering
• Familiarity with security and compliance practices (IAM, encryption, SOC2, PCI, HIPAA)
• Clear, concise communication in English (B2/C1 level)
• Growth mindset focused on automation, measurement, and continuous improvement
• Pragmatic problem-solving and customer-centric thinking
• Experience collaborating in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban)
