• Expert experience in ICT risk and cybersecurity or auditing this risk (especially ICT risk management, systems/infrastructure administration, or cybersecurity).
• Knowledge of supervisory regulations (national and European) related to ICT risk and corporate governance in banking.
• Very good organizational skills, attention to quality, timeliness, confidentiality, and comfort in working with management and bank authorities.
• Proficient in data analysis, drawing conclusions, and clear communication; comfortable with office and collaboration tools such as Teams, Sharepoint; knowledge of SQL and experience working with data warehouses is a plus.
• Independence, stress resistance, ability to work under time pressure, and initiative in competence development.

• Plan, prepare, and conduct audits in the teleinformatic environment and cybersecurity, including leading audit teams, developing audit scopes and programs, and formulating, agreeing, and reporting recommendations.
• Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of ICT risk management systems and control mechanisms in audited areas.
• Participate in developing the annual audit plan and improving internal audit methods and tools.
• Document audit activities, analyze results, formulate conclusions, and monitor the implementation of post-audit recommendations.
