• Higher technical education (computer science, engineering, telecommunications) or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 years managing IT/OT/IoT infrastructure with documented history of large infrastructure projects
• Experience managing network infrastructure in large organizations and virtualized environments (VMware)
• Experience designing and maintaining infrastructure supporting production (OT/IoT)
• Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and DRP/BCP plans
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco solutions
• Knowledge of storage arrays (Dell, QNAP), backup and recovery systems (Veeam, Commvault)
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of IT security concepts (firewalls, intrusion detection systems)
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, and configuration management)
• English proficiency for business communication
• Willingness for domestic and international travel
• Valid category B driving license

• Plan, design, implement, and maintain comprehensive IT, OT, and IoT infrastructure including servers, virtualization, storage, and data management systems
• Manage local domain infrastructure and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 (O365) services and support users
• Manage migration and modernization projects
• Monitor resource performance and maintain SLA/SLO/SLI for key services
• Manage critical incidents and minimize downtime
• Ensure high availability, continuity of services, redundancy, and disaster recovery plans (BCP/DRP)
• Develop and enforce infrastructure development strategies including cloud migration and containerization/modernization
• Manage infrastructure budget, optimize operational costs, and oversee licenses and hardware resources
• Supervise incident, problem, change management (ITIL/ITSM), and configuration management processes
• Lead a team of IT/OT/IoT experts
