Wymagania

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in application, platform, or IT systems support
  • Experience working directly with clients and end users
  • Good knowledge of ITIL practices and ServiceNow tool
  • Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform and Azure DevOps
  • Practical knowledge of SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork readiness
  • Fluent Polish and good English language skills (minimum B2/C1 level)

  • Performing administrative and operational support activities
  • Supporting and training first line support teams
  • Monitoring application performance and usage
  • Preparing operational and incident reports
  • Collaborating with technical teams and end users in an international environment
  • Communicating with stakeholders in English
