Wymagania
- Minimum 2 years of experience in application, platform, or IT systems support
- Experience working directly with clients and end users
- Good knowledge of ITIL practices and ServiceNow tool
- Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform and Azure DevOps
- Practical knowledge of SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork readiness
- Fluent Polish and good English language skills (minimum B2/C1 level)

- Providing second line support for business applications and platforms
- Investigating, diagnosing, and resolving technical incidents
- Performing administrative and operational support activities
- Supporting and training first line support teams
- Monitoring application performance and usage
- Preparing operational and incident reports
- Collaborating with technical teams and end users in an international environment
- Communicating with stakeholders in English
