• Knowledge of data analysis, backlog management, sprint planning, project management, Agile methodologies, product management, stakeholder communication, and work organisation

• Proficiency in Polish and English

• Collaborate with Product Development seniors to define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring a well-prioritised and timely pipeline of epics across Trustee Fiduciary Services agile teams.
• Manage the programme backlog using JIRA, supporting drafting and refinement of epics and contributing to prioritisation decisions ahead of agile ceremonies.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues at programme level, ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed and mitigation actions are tracked and completed.
• Gather and analyse data to support key programme metrics, providing insight that informs decisions across the Agile Release Train.
• Represent Product at agile ceremonies, coordinating updates and ensuring Product Development seniors and their delegates have the reporting needed for timely sign-off.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with Technology Programme Managers, Operations Leads, and Coverage teams to keep delivery aligned to strategic objectives.
• Foster a high-performance team environment where risk awareness and delivery accountability are embedded in day-to-day ways of working.
