Neontri is a company of over 120 people specializing in creating systems mainly for financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They develop new systems or add new functionalities and support clients in recruiting specialists. They have extensive experience in large, complex projects with millions of users, mostly long-term and remote projects.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Practical knowledge and experience in investments, savings, and wealth management
• Experience defining business assumptions and functional requirements for sales solutions
• Knowledge of MS Office, Jira, Confluence
• Business analysis skills
• Proficiency in Polish and advanced English

• Develop the investment module in a mobile application for a banking client
• Design solutions supporting sales processes and customer investment activity
• Collaborate within a Scrum team
• Work in a hybrid mode, 2 days per week at the office in Warsaw
