Junior Business Analyst (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in systems for clients mainly in finance, banking, fintech, and e-commerce. They develop new systems or add new functionalities and support clients in recruiting specialists primarily through bodyleasing. They have experience in large, complex projects with millions of daily users and conduct most projects long-term and remotely with some in-person integration meetings.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manual testing
• Experience preparing test scenarios for integration and system tests based on business and functional analysis
• Experience testing frontend and backend applications, including REST API with tools like Postman and Swagger
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Familiarity with log analysis and monitoring tools such as Kibana
• Practical knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum
• Experience in business analysis

Nice to have:

• Advanced SQL skills

• Handle production support requests from users of banking systems
• Prepare test scenarios for integration and system tests based on business and functional requirements
• Test frontend and backend applications including REST API using Postman and Swagger
• Collaborate within a team working with Scrum methodology
• Work in a hybrid model: 2 days per week at the Warsaw office
