• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager
• Experience managing projects in the credit area
• Ability to manage projects from a business perspective and collaborate with stakeholders
• Experience in building, leading, and developing project teams
• Practical knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Experience in effective project delivery and team coordination
