Project Manager (Change Management / Transformation) (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems primarily for the financial, banking, fin-tech, and e-commerce sectors, often building from scratch or adding new functionalities. They also support clients in recruiting specialists through bodyleasing. The company has extensive experience with large, complex projects used daily by millions of users. Most projects are long-term and remote, and the company values honesty, trust, collaboration, and good relationships, with smaller teams of varied seniority.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Practical knowledge of Change Management methodologies and frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR
• Experience designing and executing comprehensive change management strategies
• Experience collaborating with senior management and C-level stakeholders
• Experience leading transformation initiatives in international enterprise organizations
• Ability to develop and implement change strategies
• Ability to define and monitor adoption indicators and change effectiveness
• Knowledge of agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid)
• Experience working in organizations scaling changes using frameworks like SAFe
• Language proficiency in Polish (expert) and English (advanced)

• Manage change management and transformation projects in the banking sector
• Design and implement end-to-end change management strategies
• Develop and execute user adoption and engagement plans
• Collaborate with senior management and C-level stakeholders
• Lead transformation initiatives in international and enterprise organizations
• Develop and apply change strategies and narratives (Change Strategy, Change Story)
• Define and monitor adoption and effectiveness KPIs (Change KPIs)
