Project Manager (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems mainly in the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in recruiting specialists and offer body leasing services. The company has extensive experience delivering large, complex projects used daily by millions of users, mostly managed long-term and remotely.

• 3–6 years of experience in project management or PMO
• Experience monitoring and managing RAID areas
• Ability to manage schedules and milestones
• Experience coordinating multiple initiatives and maintaining roadmaps
• Ability to identify and report risks and dependencies
• Experience in enterprise environments and knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and SAFe methodologies
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and prioritize tasks
• Proactivity, independence, and analytical problem-solving approach
• Required knowledge of Agile, project management, PMO, RAID Management, Schedule Management, Roadmap Management, Risk management, hybrid methods, SAFe, and stakeholder management
• Language skills in Polish (expert) and English (advanced)

• Manage projects according to SAFe, Agile, and hybrid methodologies in a banking environment
• Monitor and manage the RAID areas (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies)
• Manage schedules, milestones, and ensure timely execution of activities
• Coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously and maintain roadmaps and implementation plans
• Identify, monitor, and report risks, dependencies, and project blockers
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, prioritize, and enforce agreements and deadlines
