Wymagania
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management.
- Practical experience with modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning.
- Proven experience leading workshops and client-facing presentations.
- Solid knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP) configuration and best practices.
- Experience with XML configuration is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in rollouts or multi-country implementations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently while managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
Obowiązki
- Serve as the primary consultant and main point of contact for the Talent Management workstream.
- Plan and lead workshops demonstrating Talent Management capabilities and gathering business requirements.
- Advise stakeholders on supporting new legal entities and local requirements via SuccessFactors.
- Identify and recommend necessary configuration adjustments for successful rollouts.
- Define, maintain, and validate Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and apply XML-based configuration where needed.
- Prepare and update project documentation including workbooks and SOPs.
- Collaborate closely with business and technical teams during rollouts.
