YourITeams is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead Consultant to lead the Employee Central workstream in an international rollout project.
Wymagania
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Proven track record leading Employee Central rollout or implementation projects.
- Experience facilitating customer workshops and managing stakeholder communication in a client-facing role.
- Solid knowledge of Fit-Gap analysis and data migration methodologies and tools.
- Experience with SuccessFactors integrations and good understanding of integration patterns.
- Knowledge of SAP CPI or MuleSoft is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Fluent communication skills suitable for international project settings.
Obowiązki
- Lead the Employee Central workstream and serve as the primary client-facing consultant for the rollout.
- Plan, coordinate, monitor, and report project progress, ensuring milestones are met and risks are managed.
- Run business and design workshops with the customer to gather requirements and align on solution design.
- Perform Fit-Gap analysis and recommend the best solution approach based on requirements and constraints.
- Assess existing Employee Central configuration and identify elements to retrofit for the new rollout.
- Lead data migration activities related to Employee Central, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Drive discussions about the Employee Central platform and overall solution design with business and technical stakeholders.
- Support interface design by reviewing Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and preparing less complex FSDs when required.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams across the project to maintain alignment and delivery quality.
