Senior Java Developer

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. operates with a focus on developing components of the Transfer Agency Investor Onboarding system, integrating in-house solutions with vendor systems and supporting business processes through technical specifications, system and UAT testing, and deployment automation.

• BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science
• Strong foundation in Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns
• Knowledge and practice of SOLID principles
• Practical skills in Java and frameworks/technologies for multi-tiered service-oriented web applications: Spring MVC, Spring Boot, JMS, JPA, JAX-*
• Experience with Web Services: SOAP, REST
• Understanding of basic data modeling principles
• Ability to create clean, modular, and versatile code
• Skills in designing code for unit testing
• Practical skills in relational database technologies
• Proven verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English, including telephone communication
• Experience with one or more agile software methodologies
• Positive attitude and adaptability

• Design, develop, and test components of the Transfer Agency Investor Onboarding system
• Support business analysts in reaching a common understanding of user stories and acceptance criteria
• Integrate in-house systems with vendor solutions
• Resolve issues reported in test and production environments
• Enhance technical specifications and documentation including data modelling, dataflow diagrams, screen design, and workflow analysis
• Participate in system and UAT testing
• Create scripts for deployment and solution checkout
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, testers, and specialists across multiple teams and locations
