Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Branchspace works with major travel brands, including airlines, to design and deliver world-class digital applications. The company has a fast-growing team with its head office in central London and the main engineering centre in Kraków, providing digital innovation and consulting services to travel brands and tech vendors.

• Experience with JavaScript based automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress)
• At least 5 years of testing experience
• Hands-on experience with test automation using TypeScript and Playwright
• Knowledge and experience in Agile environments
• Experience working with tools like Jira and Zephyr
• Test automation within a continuous integration environment (CI/CD)
• Demonstrated ability to change direction and re-prioritise in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent communication skills, attentive to detail, and highly organised
• Airline / travel agency domain experience is a plus
• English level: B2/C1

• Choose and set up testing frameworks and processes
• Recommend and implement improvements to the test automation framework
• Prepare test cases/test scenarios
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Assess unit tests and integration test coverage
• Identify data requirements and implement tests to achieve coverage
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Report bugs and errors to development
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects

This is a hybrid role based in Kraków with a requirement to work from the office 2 days per week.
