Branchspace works with major travel brands, including airlines, to design and deliver world-class digital applications. The role is based at their growing office in Kraków, Poland and involves working on large-scale digital transformation projects.
Wymagania
- 4–7+ years of project management experience in software delivery.
- Experience with ecommerce, digital platforms, or airline/travel technologies.
- Strong familiarity with Agile tools: Jira, Confluence, reporting dashboards.
- Demonstrated success managing Time & Material projects in complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong program and project management experience in tech delivery.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and backlog management.
- Solid understanding of SaaS, multi-tenant architecture, and cloud environments (ideally AWS).
- Ability to manage cross-functional engineering teams with differing priorities.
- Competence in financial management: T&M burn tracking, forecasting.
- Ability to interpret product constraints, technical dependencies, and architectural impact.
- Skilled in driving alignment across engineering, product, QA, and customer-facing teams.
- Capable of facilitating workshops, estimation sessions, and technical planning discussions.
- Adept at translating between business requirements and engineering execution criteria.
Nice to have:
- Experience with airline/travel technologies.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud platform.
Obowiązki
Delivery Governance, Budget & Timeline Control:
- Own project delivery by managing timelines, budgets, risks, and forecasts.
- Ensure predictable execution and transparent reporting throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Product & Architecture Alignment:
- Drive alignment between customer needs, product strategy, and engineering decisions.
- Deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while maximising the use of core product capabilities.
Cross-Functional Team Management:
- Lead Agile delivery across Engineering, Product, QA, and Design teams.
- Facilitate ceremonies, manage dependencies, remove blockers, support resource planning.
Internal & Customer Delivery Alignment:
- Partner with Customer Delivery & Account Lead to align internal teams before customer commitments.
- Ensure clear communication, realistic planning, and effective change management.
Continuous Improvement & Customer Feedback:
- Champion iterative delivery by coordinating product demos.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable priorities and drive continuous improvement.
