• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments
• Confidently conduct workshops and discussions with stakeholders across organizational levels
• Build partnership relations with business while effectively representing the product team interests
• Experience in business process modeling and preparation of analytical documentation
• Skilled in requirements elicitation and analysis, translating them into concrete solutions
• Understand software development processes and collaborate well with development teams
• Ability to analyze data and derive practical conclusions
• Knowledge of good practices in testing and change implementation

Nice to have:

• Experience cooperating with Product Owner or Product Manager
• Experience in projects with high organizational complexity and multiple stakeholder groups
• Familiarity with BPMN, UML, and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience in an international environment

• Support the entire product lifecycle as a member of an interdisciplinary product team
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner on product vision, roadmap planning, and backlog management
• Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to identify real business needs and recommend optimal solutions
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements through process models, user stories, use cases, and interface specifications
• Analyze and optimize business processes, considering business value and implementation costs
• Work with developers, QA, and other product team members during all phases of project delivery
• Analyze business data and support stakeholders in data-driven decision making
• Support testing processes by defining scenarios and ensuring the quality of delivered solutions
• Plan deployments, prepare pilot and rollout strategies, and support users during new feature launches
• Analyze complex issues within third-line support and identify root causes
• Maintain, develop, and document existing applications
